An indispensable equipment applicable to detect needle and other iron remains for cottons, wools, linens, velvets, fibers and fabrics. It adopts electromagnetic speed regulating motor. Stepless speed regulation can be achieved by reversed running of the motor. The length of meter can indicated on digital display. Cloth margin can be matched automatically. Automatic cloth rolling up and folding can be achieved.

It is mainly applicable for inspection, length counting, winding or folding of cotton, hemp, knitted cloth and tatting cloth.

Type A Cloth Inspecting Machine  

Features:

>          It is equipped with the speed governing device of Panasonic frequency converter and realizes 0-40m/min stepless speed regulation.

>          It is provided with a tenslator, so that the tightness of cloth winding can be adjusted at random.

>          Its advanced digital display length measurer is provided with such functions as accurate length measurement, clear display, and mutual switching of metric system and yard system.

>          The under steering caster makes the machine move convenient.

>          The cloth inspection machine with drum winding and folding (saying loose close) can be tailored.

>          Machine width can be customized.

 

Type B Cloth Inspecting Machine  

Features:
